Marcus Bell
Real estate brokerMarcus Bell is a real estate broker who prices and lists family homes. He has seen good houses sit on the market for one reason no buyer ever says out loud.
He tells sellers what their agent sometimes won't: if the house smells like the dog, the offer will show it. He pushes for a fix that works in the air, not a candle in the hallway.
He contributes to Dog Mom Tips on how pet odor shows up in a sale.
“The feedback comes back in six words. Lovely home, but there's a pet smell. Then the offers come in low.”
